Come offer me some light
It’s too dark here inside
The windows sealed and
Doors locked
Only the Air’s fighting to
Keep me alive
.
Does anyone know
of my existence
I’ve been away for long
in ignorance
Do they even remember
I once, existed
Or have they forgotten
my whole face, and drifted
.
O’ Dear Sunshine
Bask in sometime
Give me just a ray
of your light
It shall suffice for
my blackened soul
for few days and nights!
