Unshed tears 

Like ominous clouds 

Hover on minds sky,

Threatening 

To  burst anytime.

             *

Unshed tears

Like molten lava

Smouldering in the  bosom,

Ready to erupt,

In devastating volcano 

             *

Unshed tears 

Not just dew drops

Like torrents and rapids,

Merging every land

A River in spate

               *

Don’t touch the wounds,

Play with sentiments raw,

These gossamer feelings ,

A maze they can build,

Incarcerating the soul.
