Bathing the shiny thread in scarlet hue
I tied it around the image cherished,
Adding imaginary letters few
The venerated word, I embellished.

His radiant countenance I summoned
Levitating above the earthly home,
In starry sky, the sketch I envisioned
Savouring the delight of polychrome.

The call of duty, shattered the stupor
The descent was sudden, a heavy blow,
Tangled fantasy was left in tatters
Yielding a resounding triumph to woe.

The defiant seesaw of dreamy heart
Sculpts sweet paradise, and tears it apart.
