Slumber

It takes me away from you

and gives me moments of solace

with myself

.

I rise and look around

searching for you

Your fragrance leaves me

spellbound

With you beside

I feel caressed

and secure

An aura of comfort sets in

and moments of taking you for granted

creep in

as I relax without thoughts and worries!
