In alliance with my mind,
I promised not to lie,
But my impish and kind heart,
Interferes every time the poor gets the shriek,
On my way home I see forbid malls,
And my muse about the life,
And say, best times are ahead,
A little lie, topped with a sigh,
Far I go, an abandoned chairs in the garden,
Grieving for the filthy seats,
Seesaw resting for no reason,
Again I lie to myself,
Soon the spring will be back with life,
This time topping my lie with positive vibes.
My stride and my pride, it’s all about dwelling in the nature,
Inch by inch I gorge on birds, animals and creatures along wearing no masks,
And having a delightful journey of life,
I nudge for the pallets of colourful life,
And lie to myself with a chocolatee topping of promise.
This time lie sinks and the truth prevails,
All win and no sin.
Geeta..S.Upase.
