It is a girl

A new life in the family

Yet they lament

Why I this injustice to us

A curse it seems

This woman unable to bring joy

We need a heir

Not this encumbrance

The bane is soon shunted

To the corner most room

To protect the house from evil

It becomes her world

Childhood is just another word

The lady rejoices

She has got a bride for the blue boy

The golden goose has come

A lifelong assurance of wealth

As promised by the squire

With big bucks did he lure her

For on threshold of femininity

She would be in his vicinity

Childhood meanwhile Is filled with saccharinity

Human race evolved over time

Development and advancement paradigm

Patriarchy ever supreme

Sublime beings ancillary

Discrimination still reigns

Agony in tears drained
