Limerick 1

Humans believe a zoo entertains,educates,

Did God make animals for them to enslave?

If we put them all in fetters,

Their freedom will be in tatters,

What we feel they will be able to relate .

Zoo is our home and mom a zookeeper,

Little one keeps perched like a creeper,

All kids howl  like foxes wild,

Won’t stop even if she chides,

To stop their mischief,needs to use a slipper.

Limerick 3

While in a Zoo ,the loneliest lion did wonder,

Why did they pick me before I could thunder?

No Homo sapiens  are kept in the zoo, 

They belong to  animal Kingdom too?

Hope to wipe them off before to death I surrender.
