Zephyr…

Zephyr

I stand by

At the edge of the cliff

Feeling the warmth of the sun

The hues that make me mesmerize the sky

I hear the whispering  waves

And the leaves rustling in reply

I hold myself in my arms

And let my tears flow

I feel the chill

As the zephyr caresses my skin

Feeling the touch that awakens my soul

I shall rise each day

To a new dawn to a new Me

For like the dust flows with zephyr

The old me vanished in the dusk

With setting sun.
