Your Love

Your love like a precious trinket ,

Sits cosy in the depth of my heart,

Rain or sunshine,spring or autumn,

No season can erase your mark .

Still the heart misses a beat,

When the wind whispers your name,

A fragrance wafts sweet and fair,

A friendly warmth fills in the air,

A sweet smile brightens my day

That loving gaze shines like a ray.

Your songs reverberate all around,

Your music I hear Night or Day .

It was a fleeting passion for you ,

Perhaps it was no passion at all,

For an  inconspicuous odd person,

Amongst an overwhelming flock.

For you it  was usual disarming smile ,

A casual  friendly chat most likely,

For me it had an eternal charm,

Left Indelible mark on my psyche,

I don’t find anyone just like you,

I don’t find anyone worth my love.
