To my Elusive Love

Do  you ever feel suffocated,

Roaming in a vast ground ,

Full of fragrant flowers?

Under an open sky,

Studded with myriad stars?
I do it every night.

Get up choking as if

running a race ,

To reach up to you

While you are leaving me.
But you are formidable,

Like angels or God.

Controlling the tears,

I don’t want to shed,

Your gift, to lose I dread .
Why don’t you go for ever?

Breaking last thread of hope,

That binds me .

Hope is a killer!

Taking life bit by bit,
Don’t laugh !

I can imagine you,

Shedding a tear or two,

As I proceed to the golden gate,

For death can wipe every hate.
