Quarantine 

I see you tenderly from the glass

Partition in the hospital quarantine, 

Keep checking intermittently 

For any improved vital sign.

 

Life in a moment changes

At a mere finger click  

Days become months, they

Change to years so quick.

 

Tonight is the only one 

You have for sure, 

The power is in the now, 

The rest is all unsure. 

 

So at least let me endearingly

Have a good look at you, 

Let me blow you loving kisses

And faraway hugs so true. 

 

Now I realize deeply the

Importance of even a moment together,  

Tomorrow is completely unknown, 

You’ll fly away light as a feather.
