As the dawn sky rubbed open his eyes,
the cherubic rays of the newborn Sun
cheerfully tiptoed, taking baby-steps it giggled it’s way to Earth.
It laughed as it’s dewdrop friends slid down the playground slides,
And watched the unknowing grass blades loose their ephemeral crowns.
So much fun they all had in the kindergarten school,
Till maturity fuelled their ego, making them all ‘O, so uncool.’
