Jill's Bucket of Wisdom

Jill’s Bucket of Wisdom

Jack and Jill,

Went up the hill,

This time, to fetch,

A bucket of wisdom.

But shortly,

Jack sat down,

Ignoring Jill’s frown.

Declaring he did not believe,

In this ‘ half-baked plan’.

But contrary to Jack,

Jill believed.

And continued the uphill task

Keeping faith in her belief.

Jill completed the expedition,

And went up,

To the top of the hill.

And wonder of wonders,

There she saw the Goddess of hills.

She found the goddess,

Waiting for her there,

With a bucket,

Full of wisdom.

And she said to Jill,

“Child, take this bucket,

Its yours.

You have believed,

And worked on it.

Hence wisdom  must be granted,

To a heart so pure.”

What do you think?
