Culprits and Felons

Demonstrating power and devoid of fear, they disrupt the peace of whomsoever

At the cost of beautiful budding lives, are fulfilled many cruel fancies and likes

Screeching invariably in pain, their voices stay unheard at the fond of inhumane games

The talks of these oppressors are a daily affair; rooted into the system to our utter despair

They cause havoc to a million ambitions, putting hope for justice in submission

The penalties (where given) to culprits only subdue the wrong, for what they’ve done can never be undone

Few still gather courage and voice their sufferings; unaware of the unabashed men trying hard to rescue their culprits

Even bigger Felons are these backstabbers; agonising it is to see them protect those Monsters

These words are true but hard to accept

Culprits Kill Humanity once for their Play

but

Felons Kill Humanity every passing day!

I’ve written this poem to voice my thoughts on the rapes happening across the nation. I feel that those who try to protect the rapists are at bigger fault than the rapists themselves.
