Celebrating Silence

Celebrating silence, I often talk,

An internal dialogue, as inside I walk,

Through my soul, veins and blood,

I travel within, with the prana flood.

My breath, the prana, awakens my mind,

Negatives I breathe out, leaving none behind,

Each positive breath fills my body with light,

Banishing all darkness, leaving none in sight,

A practice, a habit, the foundation of my life,

Meditation makes life a celebration, no longer a strife.
